On Sunday evening we wheel your bins from wherever you keep them (side passage, drive, garden) to the kerbside for the Monday collection. Once the council has been, we return the bins to their original spot on Monday evening. That's the whole service.
Whatever your local authority collects on Monday — general waste, recycling, food, or garden. If your collection is alternating weeks, just let us know which bin goes out each week and we'll remember for you.
No stress. If your bin is open, overflowing, or the lid won't close, we'll tidy it as best we can before we wheel it out — and we'll drop you a message so you know.
